Starting in spring of this year, I set myself a flight hours goal for the “year” of flight. (By that, I mean the year’s worth of time between annual inspections, which is usually closer to 11 months than 12.) My goal for this year: to fly 100 hours and land at at least 10 new destinations before the airplane’s next required annual inspection.
So far, I’ve landed at the following new locations:
- ORS – Orcas Island, Eastsound WA
- W28 – Sequim WA
- OKH – Eisenberg, Oak Harbor WA
- SFF – Felts Field, Spokane WA
- S59 – Libby MT
- Banks Lake, Grand Coulee WA
- 3W7 – Grand Coulee WA
- S10 – Lake Chelan WA
- Ross Lake, North Cascades WA
- VUO – Vancouver WA
- D28 – Priest Lake ID
- EPH – Ephrata WA
- ELN – Bowers, Ellensburg WA
- UIL – Quillayute WA
- S18 – Forks WA
